Refund policy

At Palace’s Looks, each piece is carefully selected as part of our limited collection drops. Due to the exclusive nature of our releases, we currently offer store credit only for eligible returns.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or stains

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned back to the customer.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear
  • Accessories
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Sale items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Packaging photos if applicable

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 3–5 business days for returns to be processed once delivered to us.

Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a digital gift card.
