All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

Some items, including hair products, ship directly from our international vendor.
We use Express DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping whenever possible. This means:
